Seal Beach Shores, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation was formed by the residents of Seal Beach Shores Mobilehome Park which is located at 313 Welcome Lane, Seal Beach, California.  The residents first incorporated on November 14, 2005 with the specific purpose of buying the Park.  The Park was developed sometime in the 1930's, but was later re-configured in 1978 at which time several spaces and homes were moved.  There are one hundred twenty five (125) manufactured homes occupying approximately 6.63 acres of property in the coastal portion of Orange County.
